Owner & Founder
With over 19 years' experience in the beauty industry, Kirsty founded Kirsty Hamilton Beauty in 2019 with a vision to create a salon where clients feel genuinely welcomed, cared for and confident.
After training at Mary Reid International School of Beauty and gaining experience in salons and spas across the UK and Marbella, Kirsty has grown KHB from one small salon unit into the award-winning salon and team it is today.
When she's not working on the business, Kirsty is usually kept very busy being Mum to Alfie, Hugo and Daisy!
ELLIS HOLLAND
Salon Manager/ Beauty Specialist
Ellis has been part of KHB since before we even opened our doors in 2019, making her a huge part of the salon and its journey.
Trained across all areas of beauty, Ellis brings years of experience, knowledge and a reassuring pair of hands to both her clients and the team. As Salon Manager, she also plays a key role in keeping KHB running smoothly day to day.

Alex McInnes
Beauty Therapist & Head Nail Technician
Alex is one of the familiar faces behind many of the beautiful nails leaving KHB. With a particular love for nails, she has built a loyal client base and is known for creating gorgeous, long-lasting manicures while keeping natural nail health at the forefront.
Alongside nails, Alex is also trained in a range of beauty treatments.

Cat is one of KHB’s experienced therapists with a real passion for skin and results-driven treatments. Alongside advanced facials and laser, Cat offers a wide range of beauty treatments and loves helping clients feel confident and looked after.

Emily French
Salon Hairdresser | Emily French Hairdressing
Emily runs her own business, Emily French Hairdressing, from within KHB.
Bubbly, fun and with an energy that’s hard to miss, Emily is incredibly passionate about what she does and has an amazing eye for detail. Offering all aspects of hairdressing, she has become particularly well known for her beautiful hair extensions, with clients travelling from across the surrounding areas to book with her.

The Salon
Kirsty Hamilton Beauty Salon opened in April 2019, in Penicuik. We then expanded into the shop next door, completing a refurbishment during lockdown 2020 and we now operate as one beautiful big salon. The salon consists of three treatment rooms, one express area, three nail stations, two pedicure stations and one hair station. The team at KHB are extremely passionate about our job, paying attention to the details and striving to make people feel relaxed, fulfilled and happy. We can’t wait to see you!
